muscle pain

i Have muscle spasms and pain in upper back which runs down both sides in waves. Tried advil but doesnt help. Im on Plauequenil for SLE and hypothyroid. Last time it happened the pain was 9/10 with accompanying rash that lasted 2 hours. This time the pain is maybe a 6 but has been going on for 2 days with no rash.

Sounds like nerve pain- which oober ***** because there is only a limited amount of things to help it
