pain clinics and lupus/mad

I just had a very bad time, I thought what the heck I'll give it a try and see if a pain clinic could help me, some times the pain just puts me in a ball and I rock for hours wishing it would all go away. Well was I ever wrong at this place all the doctor could do was yell and say how I would have to get off all my meds along with my seizure meds and say how I would have to travel more then a hundred miles a day three times a week to make my lupus go away. I have always been told lupus doesn't go away, am I wrong? Has anyone else been told it can go away if you want it to? or am I right to think QUACK QUACK QUACK??? btw I am not going back.

Hi.Thank you for responding, just to let you know I wasn't going to take it laying down. For an update that place now is under investigation. Awwww too bad.
