It is my understanding that the Smith antibodies (anti-sm) are only seen in lupus and there really isn't such thing as a false positive for it.
I also tested positive for anti-sm and am pretty close to my lupus diagnosis which will probably also involve some other overlapping conditions based on my symptoms. Looking at you blood work alone... looks like lupus, but I am not a doctor! Although you may have lupus, it looks like you may one of the lucky ones who have a very mild disease.
