sjorgens syndrome

i had a positive shirmer test, i have extremely dry mouth it interferes with daily life, does this mean i have sjogrens syndrome? (Also dry eyes)

I'm thinking it is a good indication that you do have Sjogren's.  My ENT thinks I may have Sjogren's along w/ Lupus.  But he said w/o an elevated sed rate, a biopsy might not give us a positive reading.  

I know they also look at symptoms along w/ test.  Do you have joint pain and acid reflux?
