Symptoms and reactive 2/10 on western blot IgG. Do I have Lyme Disease?

Hi, I first started having health issues in 2011, just after moving from the Northeast, which is a tick infested region
Symptoms included tachycardia, palpitations, dizzy spells every now and the, slightly high blood pressure, fatigue and general bad health. Over the past five years, this has been on and off. I got tested positive for Hashimotos Thyroiditis recently. Then I got a Lyme Disease test done and tested 'reactive' on 23IgG and 41IgG bands. I read around a little and found that the 23IgG is specific to Lyme but acc. to CDC I need 5/10 bands to be diagnosed with Lyme. So does this mean I have Lyme Disease and if so, what is the best treatment I can get to recover and gain back quality of life?
