Acupunture?

Has anyone here tried acupuncture for treating lyme symptoms?  My GP got be a referral to get it done and I'm curious if anyone else has info on it.

yes - I have had acupuncture - for neck/head/shoulder pain - it made my pain worse - I didn't like it either - I had to sit very still with the needles stuck all over the place - I particularly did not like the ones in the top of my head!!

I sometimes find it uncomfortable to sit still anyway - so I didn't like the exp. at all - having said that - it obviously helps some folks.

I found that I got worse headaches too.

I think it is something that is worth trying as I am 'pretty sure' it can't do any harm - but don't take my word on that.
