Am I herxing?

Hi everyone
Iv'e been on the microbial drops a little over a week. Last night I woke up around 3 in the morning and I was drenched with sweat. I had to change my clothes. I have never had this symptom until now. Also the bottom of my feet are killing me. Can a herx cause new symptoms or just symptoms that you have already experienced?

I had mild Herx reactions to Samento.  My LLMD's approach was to have me take this for a few weeks before starting abx, to help break me into treatment and avoid a major reaction to abx.

The burning feet sounds a lot like Bart.  I've not had the drenching sweats, but I've read that is often attributed to Babs, so hopefully he's testing you for both.

A Herx can cause new symptoms or worsening of old ones.  A Herx should also end with you feeling a bit better, so I hope that you get to that part soon.

I'm not sure what those drops are but herx's can cause old symptoms to flare and current ones as well. Sometimes new ones as well.

The herx usually occurs after being on lyme meds 3-5 days. The herx usually lasts about a day or more then it subsides. They usually occur after every 3-4 weeks depending upon the person.
