ive been prescribed to take B-6, MSM, and magnesium complex right now. although none have fixed my problems, they definitely have helped drastically in all my neurological and physical symptoms. ex. cognition, memory, focus, being able to talk, being able to stay awake longer than a few hours, severe muscle twitching, burning, tingling, weakness.
PS there is a book by Stephen Buhner, "Healing Lyme", you might find interesting. He is a serious herbalist who things through the chemistry of treatment; I haven't tried his approach, but you might find the book interesting. I think it's available on Amazon and elsewhere.
If you search 'lyme herbal' or something similar, there are a number of places with information on that approach.
