So, my doctor has given me a prescription for methylcobalamin intramuscular B-12 injections. You can't find these at standard pharmacies, but there is a local compounding pharmacy around here that can make it.
I looked at my labwork, and my B-12 was within "normalNormal saline flush range", and doubted that I really needed these injections, so I never filled it. My doctor tells me I should use them. After some research in some books I bought, even though I am in the "normalNormal saline flush range", the books I read seem to say that B-12 shots would benefit me since my B-12 is much below 500.
Does anyone here have experience with these injections? I understand they can give you energy and help your brain, but unfortunately when I think of energy, I think of the surges of panicPanic disorder Panic disorder with agoraphobia and the feeling of doom.
So, my question is, could these B-12 injections help the panicPanic disorder Panic disorder with agoraphobia and feelings of dying, or can it make it worse? I need to be very careful of ANYTHING i put in my body.
