Can twitching be part of lyme disease?

Ok I have posted on here before thank you everyone for your great help! I wont go into all my symptoms agian except to say they are lyme symotms but wondering if the twtiching I am having all over could also be a symptom thats the wierd one I cant link to lyme. MRI rulled out MS lupus was negative and ofcourse ELSIA was normal but I am going to push for the other test! also could lyme cuase high heart rate?

Twitching is a very common symptom of lyme.  Just about everyone I have talked to who has lyme has twitching.
