Yes I have this. I also have Raynaud's like margypops has. It does not necessarily mean you have bad circulation though. I had my circulation checked and it is fine. This can just be spasms of the vessels. So with Raynaud's the vasospasms can occur from exposure to cold. It is more common in people who smoke too. It does seem though that many of us with these conditions experience a similar group of symptoms.
I don't smoke. How do you have your ciruculation checked? It's mainly just in my feet, though my hands to get cold often too. It's creepy sometimes though cause my feet literally look bluish, whitish, purplish color. Looks like dead feet! Not a pretty sight! Nice in winter cause I can hide them... but now summer is coming along... I need to work on them! I need a pedicure with some bright polish to add some color to them! Ha!
I also wanted to add thatwhen I've had this before I noticed a HUGE difference when I was going to the gym and running. My feet went from dry and caloused to super smooth in a matter of weeks! I really do think exercise is an awesome thing if we can muster up the energy to go. I haven't been able to exercise in a long time. I tried going probably a month ago and I just couldn't do it. My foot got numb. Maybe I'll try again someday. I took a good walk the other day and it did make me feel a bit better (mostly emotionally though).
