Could my unusual symptoms be lymes related?

I am new here. I haven't been dx with anything yet . Doc leaning toward lymes or mold. I am first curious if anyone has symptoms like mine because they are not the usual lymes symtopms i read about so far. current symptoms are stomach pain especially when my stomach is empty, inflammation in my skin all over my body made worse by things I eat, crazy insomnia and racing thoughts at night , anxiety that comes and goes for no apparent reason. (never had before) lastly food sensitivity chemical sensitivity that increasea inflammasrion. I don't have the typical symptoms I read about: joint pain, body aches, or fatigue (unless take b-12, it wipes me out). some brain fog but mayvbe due to lack of sleep. When i did live in a house with mold i had major fatigue all the time. So i know what chronic fatigue is like. PS started out with bad anxiety that came out of the blue and lasted for almost three months before backed down, and during which a burning sensation started in my feet and gradually move upward covering my entire body with inflammed skin. It just don't sound like Lymes but my doc is leaning toward it. Only unusual blood work was c4a of 4200. MSH and CD57 normal all on low side. No over growth of yeast or bad bacteria via stool test. Any thoughts?
