Do I really have Lyme disease or is it something else?

I first had flu like symptoms and then started with itchy bumps on my legs that were hard and little bumps on my arms everything itches bad. I felt like I had no energy at all. I went to the first doctor and he said I had scabiees and gave me cream. The second doctor said I had tick bites which I haven't found any ticks on me anywhere.  The bumps magically appeared and I haven't been outside. The second doctor ran blood tests and I tested maybe almost positive for Lyme disease but he said he wasn't not sure. He put me on antibiotics. Thing is I don't have bull eyed bumps on me. I still feel icky.  And the antibiotics make me feel out of it and I've been peeing a lot and having pain in my sides now. Anyone know what this could be?
