Feeling much worse after bad diet, raise in Bicillin

On Thursday through Saturday last week, I had to be at the girls state high school track meet. During those days, I did not eat the proper diet. There was nowhere to find "good" food, and others don't really understand the situation.

Bottom line is I ate turkey at Cracker Barrell, Chic-Fil-A, Mexican food and a couple of donuts. Also had a couple of half and half teas (half sweet, half un-sweet).

By Tuesday morning, I felt like I had a fever (didn't have one), stomach pain, extreme fatigue, headache.

I also raised my Bicillin shots 10 days ago back to 2.4 mu twice a week, up from 1.2 mu twice a week.

Finally, took a long, close to hot Epsom Salt/preoxide bath for 16 minutes Monday.

Not sure what may have caused this sine so many things changed in a short time frame. But I felt okay until Monday. Any thoughts or similar experience?

Thank you all. The forums are the only real place I get any help.

Thanks for the response. Symptoms are still bad today, so I'll have to see if they clear. That's my concern - that they seem to be hanging on.

Many people with Lyme (not me) are bothered by foods with gluten which could be the reason.

If you are gluten free and have a higher dose of the Bicillin and the problem returns, it would be the shot.
