It would depend on other things like...ever been bit by a tick or a mysterious bullseye rash. Alot of people don't even remember any of the two questions that I just mentioned though. I will tell you this though... I have all of those symptoms except abnormal babinski reflexes and I was diagnosed with neurological lyme disease. It is a horrifying and very painful disease...I will say that. If you think you may have lyme disease then it is important to find a good doctor that is considered a llmd(lyme literate medical doctor).
