I think I might have Lyme Disease?

I havent been feeling good for two weeks. I have had a lot of migraine like headaches and my shoulder blades have been sore, one night it got so bad that I could hardly sleep. I just thought that I had pulled a muscle or slept funny maybe, but it still hasnt went away. I have been tired and have had to take naps everyday, something that I dont normally do. As well as I have a swollen gland ( i think) on my neck behind my ear that is tender and the size of a pea.I do live in the county and have gotten bit by wood ticks, I guess i really dont know the difference between the wood tick or deer tick only that the deer tick is smaller. I have looked up Lymes disease and think maybe this is what I have? Just wondering if pain in the shoulder blades is normally something that is affected by Lymes first?

Everybody is different in how Lyme hits them, so it sounds like your symptoms could be tick-related.  You're right, the deer ticks are tiny ... but the second (or possibly third time) I got Lyme, it was the only tick I ever saw, and it was a big DOG tick!

In your situation, I'd see an MD, preferably one who specializes in Lyme, as soon as you can.  You're wise to be thinking of this.
