My LLMD is going to call Dr. H and ask him about these results and what other tests to do. Does this look like enough to be lyme disease?

First of all, I'm glad that you've followed through with testing and looking into your health issues.  Good for you for taking the lead on your situation.

I'm no expert on these tests, but I'm surprised that your LLMD needs to consult another doctor to interpret your results.  Do you feel confident in your doctor?

There is a well-known LLMD named Dr. Crist who has a Western blot explanation online, you may want to search for that.

A lot of labs don't include 31.  The reason they don't count the bands 31 and 34 is that they were used in the production of the lyme vaccine that is now off the market.  Dr. Crist does consider it to be a significant finding based on his experience:

http://drcharlescrist.com/testing.htm

"The significant antibodies, in my opinion, are the 18, 23-25, 28, 30, 31, 34, 39, 58, 66 and 93."

My Igenex results were not that different:  I had 2 bands on IgG (39+, 41+++) and 1 on IgG (41+).  I know 41 is the most common band, and has something to do with the tail of the bacteria and is not specific to Lyme.  I've improved tremendously with (ongoing) antibiotic treatment, so in my opinion (which is NOT the same as an expert opinion!) you may benefit from treatment.

I also have a Bartonella diagnosis, though my Igenex test for it was negative.  "Something" (often referred to as the "Bart-like organism", or BLO") showed up on my smear through Fry labs, but mainly my symptoms lead my LLMD to dx the Bart.  I've had my strongest Herxes to Bart medications.

Have you taken any antibiotics for treatment?  If I recall, you were on some herbal antimicrobials, but no Rx's.
