oops, just saw this post.  you already did it!  mojogal is right -- ILADS can send you names of LLMDs near you.  The email address for referrals is

   -- contact   [at]    ILADS     [dot]    org --

and tell them where you are located generally ('near Athens GA' or whatever) and how far you can travel.

The best way is contacting ILADS.org. They have a contact section and email them asking for the closest LLMD to you.

Another way is to google Georgia Lyme disease you may find the state Lyme association and they may have suggestions.
