Lyme band results

I have some symptoms of Lyme (and have been bitten by ticks), but western block coming back "negative" with bands 41KD and 58KD as reactive.  I am trying to figure this all out.  Also has EBV as positive for 2 bands? (or something like that). But it is from a previous infection.

SO, not sure if I get tested to Igenex AND do I request this from my regular Dr? Or a lab?  

I am in Metro-West Boston and would be interested in a Lyme literate doctor also. It is just so secretive, I am having a hard time finding one. Can someone send me actual names>

Yes you need to see an LLMD which Jackie told you about.  Boston has some LLMD and they are throughout the state

Welcome (?) to MedHelp -- sorry you've reason to be here, but welcome to the party.

You're right, Lyme docs tend to keep a low profile, esp. in states where the state medical boards frown on aggressive treatment of Lyme.  Politics.  Someday it will be all sorted out, but for now, that's why you usually don't see Lyme doc's names posted in the open here:  to avoid them getting hassled/shut down by medical boards whose docs have never had Lyme.
