Lyme blood test band 39 comment - how to interpret

***A high level of background reactivity precluded the ability to accurately assay for the presence of IgG antibody by immunoblot G39/40 strain." -Reactive Antigens indicate less than 5.  What does it mean?  Test done by Imugen Inc. Labs which only tests for tick born diseases.   I have a very itchy red burning rash on arms, hands, neck and chest for past four months - skin is extremely dry - I continually moisturize...even with vaseline and an hour later it's as if nothing has been applied - where does it go?? I've always had sensitive skin - but nothing like this.   I've been to allergists, dermatologists and several doctors.  Diagnosed as eczema, fungal rash and sulfur allergy.  None of treatments work.  Current doctor thinks it may be lymes and gave me doxycycline. I've been on it for 5 days and not seeing any improvement. Itching, burning discomfort is driving me crazy not to mention the embarrassment of covering the rash so I don't look like a freak at work.  Sick of putting medications in me and not seeing results.  Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!!!
