Lyme disease?

25 years old. I have anxiety attacks. Breathing feels off. Stiff neck. Feet hurt. Sinus headaches and sharp pains in head. Lower abdominal pains. Feel dizzy and off balance at times. Legs and hands feel weak and cramps in hands. Also very tired and don't feel like myself. These symptoms have been going on for months now.  Could this be Lyme? Or just generalized anxiety disorder?

Be sure to get complete (not summary) copies of your medical tests.  Even if this doc doesn't see anything that catches his/her eye, another doc later may see it differently.

Hopefully you will have some luck and success getting tested for Lyme - while your symptoms don't have to be Lyme, they could very well be Lyme (not to forget co-infections).  You may need to find a Lyme dr. to interpret the results if they aren't definitive enough for a non-Lyme expert to read.

I didn't see my doctor about it yet. I got a blood test because of my weird fatigue and it came back normal but I have a history of anxiety and I have a feeling he's going to say it's anxiety and I'm a young healthy man and everyone I tell my symptoms too they say you're thinking too much. idk maybe I am but something just doesn't feel right.  But I will make an appointment with my doctor sometime this week to talk about it.

Have you seen any kind of doc yet?  If so, what did they have to say?  Many docs are not up-to-date when it comes to Lyme, so ruling out Lyme might be a good thing to do, since your symptoms are persisting.  

There are several ways to find a Lyme doctor, and we could give you ideas or suggestions if you would tell us what state or area you are in (such as "20 miles north of Philadelphia PA" or "Can travel to St. Louis MO area") for appointments.
