Lyme treatment

As I am trying to find an LLMD in the Phoenix area, all of the referrals I have been getting from the agencies that provide them are doctors who do not use antibiotics--only alternative treatments aimed at looking for imbalances and strengthening the body's immune system.  Same thing with the ones I find when I do a search on the internet.

Would anyone be willing to share what type of doctor they saw and what your experience has been?  What type of treatment has worked for you?

They weren't much help.  I just posted about that under my Need LLMD in Phoenix, AZ area thread. :)

Have you checked with ILADS.org?  They can send you names of Lyme docs near you.  No guarantee the docs will be a good fit for you, but it's a place to start.  If that falls through, let us know, we'll figure out something else. You go!
