Need help interpreting my IGeneX Lyme Disease test

Hi,

I have had some severe symptoms over the past year or so which started off as back pain and eventually became chronic hip pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, back pain.  I developed major insomnia and am now really sensitive to caffeine and alcohol.  Doctors have put me on all types of medications in the past year which I think has made everything a lot worse, including muscle relaxers, sleeping pills (Ambien), pain killers, and worse of all benzos (Ativan) to treat my terrible anxiety that I have also developed.  Other doctors have tried to convince me to get on antidepressants immediately and they think that my insomnia and back pain are a result of depression / anxiety.

I have tried everything you can think of from talk therapy, acupuncture, massage, yoga, pilates, relaxation techniques, meditation, steroid injections, physical therapy, etc.  Finally, someone convinced me to get a Lyme Disease test which came back negative except for Band 41.  I was then told that regular Lyme tests aren't really accurate and that I should get an IGeneX Lyme test for better accuracy, and the results came back today.  Can someone please help me explain what this all means to the best of their ability?  I would really appreciate it. Should I make an appointment with a Lyme specialist ASAP?  The results seem very inconclusive and leaves me feeling very frustrated, especially since I had to pay $500 out of my own pocket for this test. Here are the results:
