No Co-Infections?

When my LLMD was going over test results he tested for Erlichiosis, Babedosis, Duncani, Borreliosis (sp?), and chlamidyia. It turns out that I scored negative on all of these. Has anyone else been diagnosed with Lymes and came back with no co-infections? Is it possible I have them or did have them the tests can't pick it up because I was bitten 20 years ago. I would've asked my LLMD about it, but I was distracted because I had to take my baby to the appointment with me.
I got CD57 result of 26 which is way below the 60 minimum and high C4a result.
My bands read:

IGM Result
39 kDa -Indeterminate
41 kDa - +++ positive

IGG result
31 kDa -Indeterminate
41 kDa - +++ positive

Could there be other co-infections out there or is it just that I don't have them. Just wondering if anyone has any experience with co-infections or lack of them?

Another co-infection that can cause all these horrible symptoms is mycoplasma.  You may want to research it.  If you look at the Q & A with Dr. Nicholson in the autoimmune expert forum he gives a link for info.  www.immed.org.  There is info. here.  I think this may be my problem now.

Also, I have read that the co-infection testing is not very reliable either and pretty expensive.  Some LLMD's don't even test for them due to this.  Instead they just treat.   drcharlescrist.com explains this on his website under testing.
