Question for ewford of anyone else who has lyme and/or mycoplasma

Hey ewford or whomever is reading this. I am curious as to what is wrong with me so I want to list my symptoms in the order I got them. I tested for clymidia, gonerhea, hiv 1 & 2, herpes 1 & 2, syphillis, hep b and hep c, all negative about 5 1/2 months after exposure, so i am guessing that is not it. Here are my symptoms. I am sure this is not from anxiety, as i didnt think anything about having any kind of diesease before the original symptoms started. Not sure if this is the correct order i got the symptoms in, but they are in the order in which I noticed them.

1. Late december- Heart was beating harder and faster then normal, even while resting.
2. Late december/early january- Mild pain in my groin muscle on left side (the muscle that would hurt if you accidently did the splits. I thought maybe I pulled a muscle.
3. discharge- felt like it was thick coming out/ as well as noticing my testicle( maybe a little enlarged, but definitly fell down in the sack and the sack felt heavier for sure. Also excessive passing of gas.
4. Slightly swollen head of penis, looks like it does when I am erected, even when I am not and had stretched the skin a little causing the skin near the head to be a different color then the rest of my penis.
5. Mid January-Muscles became stiff, especially in the neck and abdomin(which made it painful to lay on my side while trying to sleep. It was an instant stiffness, went from normal, to stiff after being awake for about 10-15 minutes that day.
6. Noticed a lump on the back of my head just below the skull, possible swollen gland according to the doctor.
7. Severe lower back pain which only lasted for 1 day, i iced it and slept(possible kidneys).
8. The day after the lower back pain, i felt like something was running through me that shouldnt be, like something had gotton into my bloodstream, which caused achy joints and muscles, especially in my legs. it has pretty much left my arms alone, but when it first happened i did have tingling in my wrists.
8. Woke up with a brown mole on my chest, and then i got more brown spots, on my arms but they are smaller.
9. Discharge went away, but then I became incontinent(inabilty to hold urine). it would happen within 5-10 minutes after peeing. More would come out, I couldnt stop it from coming out. It wasnt alot, but i could fel it come out.
10. Chest rash. The big one above and around my right nipple looks like a fungal rash, one in the dead center of my chest which is smaller and a few small ones closer to my abdomin which look like hives(only a couple).
11. Off and on diarhea, hot flashes ( i dont think a fever) But i would go from hot to cold quickly, night sweats, general ill feeling.
12. Armpit issues. Sore especially when close to the body. wife says my chest is getting bigger. I told her thats not good cause i dont work out. Maybe the armpit issue is due to the chest sticking out farther then it should.
13. A headache or two, but only one was severe but it was after my tetanus shot from a dog bite at work.
14. Oral thrush. Yellow and white coating on my tounge.
15. Toenail fungus. So much so that the middle toenail on both feet is coming off.
16. Acne/pimples in wierd places. Knee caps, neck etc. Some have white heads and are able to be sqeeuzed out and some dont.
17. Chest pains off and on(this just started recently).
18. Also since the passing of gas and ill feeling started, my stomach is constantly making noises, like there is a war going on there. its not because I am hungry cause it happens all the time, even after eating. Also my weight flucuates daily between 155 and 162. my normal weight is 155.

Symptoms that have gone away.
1. discharge.
2. night sweats(still have it maybe once every couple weeks but nothing like it was).
3. incontinence.
4. heaviness of scrodum.
5. hot flashes(still happen once every couple weeks but nothing  like it was).

is this the order in which the sympoms started with you? or is this something else entirely. I just dont wanna spend tons of money until i can narrow it down. Thanks to anyone who reads this and/or replies.

Good for you!!!  Making that call can be very hard, because nobody wants to have to go down Lyme Lane.

But it IS a step in the right direction imo -- if it turns out that you don't have Lyme or co-infections from the same ticks, then at least it's off your list and on to other ideas.

If you DO have Lyme etc., then you are on the right road.

Everybody's symptoms are a bit different (and sometimes a LOT different) from everyone else, so it's good that you keep track of how you are feeling as you have written it down above, because it's those subtle little clues that can make a big difference in the diagnosis.

Keep us posted!  Hurrah!  This is an important step.

Sorry to hear you are so ill.  Sounds like a couple of things going on that need a good doc to sort out -- I wouldn't wait to see what happens next -- go see a doc!
