I would call your doctor and tell the nurse/receptionist a short list of your symptoms, and tell them you would like to see the doctor soon, or if the doc can't see you quickly, then could they recommend another doc just until your usual doc is available.

I am not medically trained and had a serious case of Lyme, and in your situation, I would try to see either your Lyme doc or someone your doc recommends so they can figure out what's up.  I don't know that ANY symptoms you are feeling are of concern, but because *you* are concerned, I would see a good doc without waiting for your next scheduled appointment.  That's what the docs are for.

Lyme has different ways of affecting each person, and it's for a doc to determine what is going on.  Don't worry -- just see the doc, okay?  Let us know how you do!
