My usual temp is in the 96 range, up to 97 when I'm feeling good, but haven't broken 98 since pre-Lyme. It's my hazy understanding that Lyme bugs hijack the thyroid (among other things) to keep the body chilly, which suits the bugs. My LLMD has tried to put me on thyroid meds but my stomach can't handle them, so clearly he thinks there's a connection between Lyme and thyroid.
My pulse rate was historically a bit fast, BP low normal, and that hasn't really changed with Lyme. (I'm no athlete.) I've had to supplement with magnesium to keep my heart rate steady when my Mg levels drop too far due to Lyme, so your situation and mine seem different in that way.
I have had low body temp for years. Along with cold hands and feet. My hands and feet turn blue at times as well.
I read somewhere that the area of the brain that controls body temperature is damaged by neuro lyme. I don't know for sure whether this is true or not though.
