Update on Rife Usage

Hi All,

Well, I rifed again on Saturday morning.  This time though, I did a number of frequencies and spent about 5 minutes total rifing.  On Saturday night and all day Sunday, I was having terrible pain in my hands and my feet.  Mostly the joint areas.  Not much fatigue, but just a lot of pain.  I took a pain pill that he had prescribed to me on my first appointment on Sunday night and yesterday I was so fatigued that I couldn't even come to work.  I layedon the couch almost all day.

When he first prescribed me the pain meds, I said "I don't have pain and don't need those".  He said "you will need the,..."  Guess he was right!

In the year that I've been experiencing my lyme symptoms, I've really never had much pain.  In the very beginning however, I did have foot pain for about a month and my toes were super sensitive and just my bed sheets touching them hurt so bad.  But it went away...

Anyway, I am pretty sure that I was experiencing herxing from the Rife.  Today, Tuesday, I am not having the pain as much.  I will wait a few more days and try the Rife again.  I wish that we could have a lightbulb installed on our forehead that would light up when our bodies are herxing.  ha ha.  I get very worried when the symptoms start that I'm getting worse and not herxing but then after a few days, I feel better, so I'm starting to learn how my body is reacting to all this stuff.

I talked to my LLMD about Rifing and he said you are not supposed to Rife and do ABX at the same time.  He said he has patients that do this however.  I told him that I wasn't really having clear-cut herxes from the meds, but he said that what I am on is pretty easy on my body but if I really wanted to herx, he could prescribe me some meds that would make me herx!  ha ha  He did say that "they know that the Rife machine does something" because they can cause bad herxes but they don't know everything it does...   Looking at the situation, I can see why he wouldn't prescribe me heavy duty meds...because people will give-up on their treatment probably.

I talked to him about using my Far Infrared Sauna and he said that that is excellent for Lyme Disease.  It makes the bugs come out and then the ABX can kill them.

Anyhow, that's the update for today!

Take care everyone and hope you are all doing well!

Carrie

Thank you! I always look forward to reading your posts. My doc said it was ok for me to use Rife with abx, but I just haven't got up the courage to buy one and try it yet. I do think you have to be careful when using abx also because I have heard that Rife's can cause herxes pretty severe, so it's good to always check with your doctor first.
Very interesting to hear that the sauna drives the bugs out of hiding. That reminds me, I should be using mine, but have been slacking off lately.
Thanks again for the update!
