Weird Lumps

I have lumps underneath my skin right in the crease between my thigh and my groin. The feel kind of hard. I have two in my right groin area and one in my left. Only one of them has gotten to be a questionable size. It's probably about 3/4 to 1 inch in diameter that i know of. But it's difficult to judge since it's under my skin. The other two are about 1/4 to 1/2 an inch in diameter. Once again difficult to judge though.
I can't even feel the two small ones unless i touch them. But i can feel the larger one by just walking around. It doesn't usually hurt unless i put any sort of pressure on it or in the surrounding area. And they all seem to have grown on or around my superomedial lymph nodes.
