Your Help please

I have been sick for the last 2 years of my life. I have gone undiagnosed. I have seen many specialists and run many tests. Nothing shows up. My Aunt said it could Be lyme disease. Back in the summer of 2013 I found a tick on the top of my head. It had been there no more than a day or so. I was living in Indiana at the time. People in that area have gotten lyme. We watched for the rash but nothing, and I did not get sick immediately after. March 2014 I started having sever anxiety attacks for no reason. I move to the south at that time and my health continued to get bad. I found out I was low in Vitamin D and taking supplements helped the anxiety but did not resolve my other issue. Here are my symptoms,

Tight muscles-they wont relax no matter what I try
Muscles so tight around ribcage that breathing deep take effort
Problems with the muscles overworking in my throat which is causing voice fatigue
Fatigue
Temperature issues- intolerance to cold- low temp at times
Headaches
Swollen Lymph nodes-They are big but not big enough for the Doctors to be concerned
Tonsils are swollen(not huge for the average person but they are big for me)
Bloody tonsil(in 32 years never had consistent bloody tonsils)
Feeling just horrible, Sometimes I feel like I can't even make it up the stairs
Heart palpitations
Low Vit D- Even taking Vit D for 6 months it did not go up
Random nerve pain
Brain Fog
Eye hurts- This has just developed over the last few months it is a pain behind the eye- seeing eye dr next week.
Frequent urination
Pain in Pelvis-Gyno cleared me and there is no reason for pain.

Could this be lyme disease..I am 32 I was healthy before all this and since 2014 I have been very sick. I have been tested for almost everything I can think of. I have asked two Doctors to test me for it but they turned up their noses and said they don't believe in chronic lyme....but chronic lyme is when you have been diagnosed and treated and still have issues....I have never been diagnosed so I wouldn't have chronic I would just have lyme. If I should get tested I need to know if anyone knows where I can find a dr that will take me seriously. I really feel horrible
