Was your daughter also tested for co-infections that sometimes are carried by the same ticks that carry Lyme?
I know of a teenager who got Lyme and a co-infection without any rash or much illness, and it was discovered by accident in some other testing some years later. He didn't feel lousy at all, and resisted the medication, but when the treatment was over said that he could see how tired he had been for a long time. So even established disease can be cured, but absolutely: the sooner, the better.

Hang in there.
