pain in arms shoulders

Hi all,
just checking with all of you if you have had migratory pain that settles in your arms and shoulders. Going through that myself now.

Just looking for info.

Oh and by the way, just getting ready for a herx. I can feel it coming on. JKV

most of my initial symptoms were upper body - pain - neck/shoulders etc;

I wouldn't reccommend 'chiro' - [a year of chiro.didn't help me!] - I would try 'expert' massage first - just my exp.

It's no-wonder we tend to get a lot of musculoskeletal pain - all the tension/anxiety - also not being able to excersise etc;

best wishes

I get this.  I used to get horrible shooting pains in my arms that felt like hitting my funny bone over and over.  I have recently though had cramp like pain that radiates from shoulder up side of neck.  Hurts.  Don't know what it is.  I'm thinking I may need to see a chiro.  I think something may be out of whack.  My back and spine have been hurting really bad too.
