Aching lyphm nodes in groin

For the last few weeks I have been having aching lyphm nodes first under my left arm the pain went away after a few days but seemed to relocate to under both my ears along the jawline for a few days and then as soon as that pain went away I have the aching feeling in my groin region??? The nodes are not where you can feel them but do seem a little puffy and inflamed. But has a constant aching feeling that doesn't get worse touching them. What could be the problem? Thanks in advance.
