Just diagnosed with lymphedema
I was just diagnosed and am now wearing a compression stocking on my right leg. I do yoga and have found that inversion poses help. I know they sound hard, but one simple thing to do is to lie on the floor with your legs propped up against a wall for about 10 minutes. It has helped me but I have to be consistent with it. In general, yoga is great for overall health.
