small lump in left arm larger painful lump near front area of elbow

hi ,
i am hypothyroid ,since dx i have had terrible pain and cramps in leg muscles ,thought i had the same in left arm ,but there is a small lump on lower part of arm then further up in the fleshy part of front of bend at elbow i have a larger one which is sore when i bend arm or lift something
              any ideas
