diarrhea with colic

I was diagnosed this past febuary via IVP, doctors aren't very helpful and I am at my wits end most days, along with my frequent and chronic colics I often get diarrhea, especially when my pain is mostly in my lower back and groin, does anyone else experienced this? as far as how helpful doctors are, when i last saw my urologist he mentioned how benign this MSK was, yea RIGHT!!! at this point i want to go over and choke him every time i am shivering with pain and about to vomit and pass out.
