Motorcycle Riding?

I am 7 weeks pregnant today!  My husband and I have tickets to the Harley Davidson 105th anniversary at the end of August.  I was wondering if anyone had any insight/knowledge/experience with riding on a motorcycle while pregnant and whether or not it's safe.  Should I go on  the bike or drive?  My sister asked her doctor when she was pregnant and he said it was fine to do.  She got to the destination on the motorcycle and began to have a miscarriage.  I obviously have no idea if the ride caused her to have a miscarriage, but I will do anything in my power to not have one.  Thanks for your help!

I would really not recommend you to go riding while pregnant. I am 13 weeks today and had a threatened miscarriage last thursday after having riding a Bandit for the previous week. More than this, my previous pregnancy ended in a  miscarriage after having ridden to work for more than 1 week.
Doctors say it is not the cause, but I realize the strain I put to my body and the foetus while carelessly riding in both the instances. And at present I feel that I will abstain from any biking temptation for the rest of my pregnancy. It is better to avoid than to regret later.
