We switched to Similac Isomil Soy, and it did wonders!  We also had cereal in his bottle, and he was on Zantac.  Now he's almost 7 mos....no more cereal or Zantac and he is doing great!

Do you have a wegde in the crib to prop the baby up so she isn't laying flat? I also think sometimes sleeping on the belly is better for ones with acid reflux. Some babies only nap for short times. and sometimes you will have to walk away and let her scream...she probably isn't rolling yet so can you prop her sitting up on the couch or chair so she won't choke on her spit?

We never used the goat's milk formula.  We started with Similac Organic, then the Similac Advance Early Shield, and now the soy.  The ped. just said that some baby's stomachs aren't ready for the cow's milk-based formula.  She also said that most babies transition from the soy to regular milk just fine.  You can change without your ped's approval, but I did wait for it.  I just kept on calling and asking about the fussiness, and she finally told me to try.
Good luck!

The enfamil Ar lipril is pretty good in heling with acid reflux the doctor thinks thats what my son has so I switched for similac advanced early shield and it seems to helping a little bit. So try the Enfamil Ar I think the concetracted one works better than the powder though..good luck
