oops

Well, I have realized that I have eaten a serving of orange roughy fish. It was at a family dinner and didn't know that this is one of the fishes to avoid during pregnancy. I'm sure one time won't hurt, but am kind of freaking out! :/

I wouldnt worry. You are taking good care of yourself. Think about all the moms you hear about who have babies and they drank and smoked or did drugs there whole pregnancy. i think the 1 serving of fish is fine =)

Don't freak out because stress is probably worse for your little peanut than the one serving of fish you had.  Now that you know I would just avoid it in the future and write this off as a small oops :)
