my son 1 yr 4months has urticaria pigmentosa tryptass level of 70

My son is almost 1 and 1/2 and has urticiaria pigmentosa/ mast cell disease,he got it when he was about 3 months old(thats when all the spots were showing up but there was always one from birth) december i went for an allergy test because he wasnt gaining weight right and we thought he might be allergic to milk/eggs, test came back not allergic but tryptasse level came back at 70 when normally it is 10...they said that being so high it could mean a mast cell could go inside to one of his organs and cause a form of cancer? they said it was very unlikely but it could happen..should I be more worried then hat they tell me?
