I had a transvaginal u/a scan on 7/16. According to my LMP I should be around 7wks, but the u/s showed me being 5 wk.. In my calculation of when I ovulated and we had sex...I should be around 5wks which is what the u/s shows, but according to LMP and the doc, I should be 7wks instead of 5wks. I have a repeat scan nextweek on 7/23 to see how everything looks. I had my HCG and Progesterone levels checked on 6/30: HCG was 790, Progesterone was 14.30. On 7/7 my HCG was 3413 and Progesterone was 15.60. I then had them checked again on 7/16 with HCG levels being 8561 and Progesterone dropped to 11. I was already taking progesterone vaginally 200mg once at bedtime, but the doc wants me to increase to taking 400mg at bedtime. He said that since the HCG levels didn't come up as much as he wanted it to, we will have to wait until the u/s and see how that goes. Has anyone ever experienced this before? Sorry for the long post!!
