Hi, just pasted my post from Sunday below, I don't have much time and it doesn't look like anyone read Sunday's posts. Anyway, hope you are all doing well.

Sorry again, I know I am never around and I have no clue as to what is going on with anyone. I've been busy with Christmas and my new angel of course. We are still doing great. He's sleeping only 2 ours give or take at a time through the night, still nursing really well. He's up over 10 pounds already. He was weighed the other day. He's also 3 inches longer as well. The nurse couldn't believe how fast he grew, it's amazing. I can believe he's a month old today, it's scaring me....time is moving too fast. I'm feeling great, great since I delivered actually. I can't believe how well everything went for us. I'm very lucky. I feel blessed for sure!

So, Christie how is everything in your neck of the woods?

Chloe, how is your little man doing? What about you?

Hey Kassimom, how is everything going for you? Thinking of another one yet? LOL Just kidding!

How's CMN doing?

Take care everyone!!!

I have to begin washing clothes (have received soo many and there are boxes all over the place).  My mom is insistant that I use Dreft (I did with DS 6yrs ago), but I heard that it isn't necessary anymore to seperate baby clothes from regular wash.

Dh and I both have allergies to different detergent so I will use dreft or the new purex baby soap. It also seems to get the clothes cleaner.

capermom-
hey great to hear from you! good to hear your little one is doing well.

about laundry....i used dreft with my son until he was about a year old then i slowly but surely started mixing his clothes with ours to see how he would handle it....you would actually be surprised how much detergent affects your life.
my oldest nephew has asthma....if my sister doesn't use tide he will start have attacks.
oddly enough we just in the last few days realized the same thing is true for a friend of mines son. (she switched to tide for washing machine purposes....and we just realized how much better his asthma has gotten since she did)

at any rate, when my son was a baby his skin was very sensitive so i don't think i will chance tossing the clothes together to early. and i think tres is right i think the dreft and other baby soaps are formulated to get out spit-up a little better.

Caper- I'm doing good thanks for asking, how about you? I'm now 36 weeks and start seeing the Dr every week now, i can't wait to hold my little one in my arms. I've been starting to feel really tired now, and find that i can only do so much in a day now. Glad to hear that your doing well, and so is your little one. How were your Holiday's?

Nanakay- I take it that your little one still isn't listening to the eviction notice that you sent it, I can't believe that your still pregnant. I thought for sure that you would have delivered by now, since you have been dialated for so long now. When is your next Dr appointment? Do you think that they might concider inducing you now? How were your Holiday's?

It's good to hear from you.

My neck of the woods is fine, but work is KILLING me, absolutely killing me beyond words.  It's very busy.  Never stops.  I don't feel as though I can keep up anymore.

Hubby and I are still squabbling, but now he is back to work after being home for the past 2 weeks on vacation.  We get along much better when he's not here!

I also used Dreft with my first one but my second I used the regular. He never had a problem with it but some may. :) Danielle

I was thinking of just using regular detergent.  Except for me being allergic specifically to Tide, I don't have sensitive skin at all. Neither does my DH. SO maybe regular detergent would be ok.
