HAS ANYONE EVER HAD A YELLOW TINT IN THEIR DISCHARGE?? THIS PREGNANCY I HAVE NOTICED A BIG CHANGE IN AMOUNT OF DISCHARGE.. MOST OF THE TIME ITS WHITE/CLEAR/CLOUDY IN COLOR BUT SOMETIMES IT HAS A SLIGHT YELLOW TINT.. I HAVE NO ITCHING.. NO ODOR.. NO BURNING.. NO PAIN.. CAN ANYONE RELATE?? PLEASE HELP..

I had a lot of discharge during my pregnancy too.  I didn't have itching or anything, but was sure I must have had a yeast infection.  When I asked the doctor about it, he examined me and said that it was normal.  Hope that helps!

Hi Chloe!!  I will be 6 wks tomorrow, and this time, my c/m has a yellowish/green tint to it.  Its my 5th pregnancy, 3rd child(if all goes well!) and I didn't have this w/ all of the other ones.  But I do remember it w/ my 2nd child.  I think it has to do w/ hormone levels.  Same here, no itching, odor, etc....  just notice it more when it drips into the potty and in my underware.  Not to worry.

A question for all of you.........??

I will be 8 1/2 weeks at my next Dr appt.  We leave to Mexico the next day, I would love to hear the heartbeat on doppler before I go.  Do you think that it's possible?  I seem to remember hearing it on my 1st child at 9wks, but its been a long time, I don't remember.

Well, I broke down last night and called the doctor for prescription pain medication.  I was trying to use over the counter medication after my C-section for fear of increased risk of post partum depression from the medication.  I decided that I was more likely to suffer from depression from the pain than from the medication.  After taking the medication, I fell silly for ever trying to do without it.  I feel TONS better and more able to enjoy my little bundle, Derek!

Hi, I'm not sure that any one saw my last comment, because I combined it w/ my response to Chloe.

I am 6wks tomorrow, and will be 81/2 wks at my next Dr appt.  We leave to Mexico the next day, and I would love to hear the heartbeat on doppler before I go.  Do you think that it's possible?  I seem to remember hearing it at 9wks w/ my 1st child, but its been a long time and I don't remember exactly.

Kdrealtor, I'm sure you'll be able to see heartbeat (but not sure with doppler)-sometimes, the way the baby's positioned you are unable to see it. You should ask about getting an u/s IF you can't hear via doppler.  That'll ease your mind.

Chloe- I've heard that discharge is normally clear but once its touched 'air' it turns to a yellowish color.  

That's so weird that you ask this though, cuz I've never exp. yellowish CM and past week I've had same kind of discharge.  I'm due for AF today or tomorrow but today I don't really feel it coming (which I normally do).  Yesterday I felt a little crampy.  I sure hope this discharge has something todo with pregnancy hormones.  Also last night when I went to bathroom I saw stretchy CM hanging from me (sorry, TMI), same consistency as what we get mid-cycle for ovulation.  Usually I'm dry couple of days before AF.  Do you get strechty CM?  DO pregnant women usually get this or just an increase in discharge just not necessarily thick strecthy CM?

Anyways to answer your question, as long as its not accompained by odor or itch, I'm sure its a normal discharge.

Ok, with this pregnancy, I was very "wet and stringy" down there right before af was supposed to be here.  She never came!!  But, I usually was dry down there the few days leading up to af, also, as you are.  And, mine was yellowish that week too, so........ I think that you may be PG!!  Good luck.  Don't let that crampy feeling throw you off, I'm 6wks, and still feel like I'm gonna get AF every day.  Even with the same AF lower back aching, and everythings fine w/ me so far!!!

Thanks for posting.  That makes me alittle more optimistic.  I sure hope I am, but I don't want to give my hopes up, ya know.  I have those same symptoms you are having- back ache, lite cramping, and discharge.  But see last pregnancy I had breast soreness and tiredness early on, so I assume I'd have those same symptoms which I don't.

If I had a pregnancy test here I'd test, but I'm afraid to go out, spend $10 or so, test and then have it come back negative.  Its so hard to stay positive without disappointing yourself. I just asked my DH to go out but he doesn't want to.....we'll see, I really should test just to be safe since Today's SUPERBOWL.  I'll be drinking later tonight.  ANd I wouldn't want to harm my 'baby'.  AHHHH, so confused on what todo.

TEST TEST TEST!!!!!!  Just go get one and do it!  I bet you'll get a positive if you're pregnant.  Get one that comes with 2 or three in a box.  I'm dying to know!

I agree with silo... jsut go and get a test. tell your DH if he can spend $$$ on drinking.. then he can spend $10. on a pregnancy test, especially if your planning on drinking tonight your self... i would have to know that i wasn't pregnant before i would even feel right about that. I know....I want to test too but I just can't bear the dissapointment if I get a BFN.  It's not the $$$ at all- I mean its your baby life/health at risk, no amount of money is worth risking that.  Partly the reason for not testing is thinking that I'm about to get AF.  But today I feel different.  I haven't drank yet and prob. won't just to be safe.  I think I'm going to wait until tomorrow or tuesday.  My LMP was Jan. 1st. (cylce lenght is btwn 30-33) I'm at CD 32 today!  

I also have an u/s Tuesday to chk on my cyst. Would they be able to see something then if I am preggo?

PS: I didn't take BBT this past cycle but heard that if you DIDN"T conceive then your temp goes down day before or day of your AF.  Well I chked temp today at 8am and it was 98.7, Friday close to 9am it was 98.9.....so this is what's changing my mind about the chances of me being pregnant.  Again though, many factors can contribute to a high temp....so we'll see.

PLEASE PRAY FOR ME!!! My b-day is Feb. 5th and this would be the BEST B-DAY present EVER!!!

I know this isn't a breast cancer forum but maybe some of you have experenced this today my left boob started to hurt really bad and I felt for a knot and there is a lil knot there could this not be breast cancer and maybe something else cancer runs in my family I have one aunt who has had breast cancer but the other kinds of cancers are like tumers and stuff in my family I'm so scared to have cancer if you have any idea of what this might be please respond I am going to get it checked out but maybe ya'll can say something to ease my mind about the whole breast cancer issue ty in advance.

I just wanted to tell you that I had an u/s the day AF was due and they couldn't have known I was pregnant and I was! She said that my endometrium was thick, but that could have also been because I was getting ready to shed the lining...that was all that they could see at that point on me anyways! i don' tknow if it's that way for everyone but I would assume it might be??? Usually they can see something via vag u/s when your HCG levels are around 1200 or so.  That's what my OB told me.

You may have a small cyst or lump in your breast. It could be from the Depo. I used to get them a lot around the time that I would have ovulated (while I was on Depo). You should have it checked out, but it is most likely something simple. Good Luck!

Hi everyone, well, the weekend is almost over, yuck. Seems like it was Friday just a few hours ago. Man they go fast.

Well, I've been taking my temps. Can someone help me dicifer a bit. I know you''re not supposed to take them so late in the cycle but I figured I would start as soon as I got the basal theormometer. I haven't noticed any increase in cm at all, actually less then normal but we've been babydancing alot.
OK, here it goes. I have a 32 day long cycle, last AF started Jan 13, therefore I should have o'd around the 30th.
Here were my temps the last 3 days:

Jan 30  36.54   Jan 31  36.48  Feb 1  36.64

I do wake up through the night to go to the bathroom and by the time I go back to bed I sleep for a few more hours. So I hope they are accurate. How long does your temp dip when you O? I have no idea what to make of this.

Hello everyone! Well on friday my dr wanted to do a dnc but I had eaten and they never got back to me. I am still bleeding but i have had no cramping and have passed no tissue. if you remember my levels last tues were only 298 and 2 days later only went up to 330 and due to some more bleeding my dr had another test doen on friday and they had went up 30 more. shouldnt i be going down if i am m/c? I am also worried that it could be somewhere besides the uterus. i had been sitting at my desk on friday and when i got up it hurt to walk. i had a wierd pain on my lower front right side. it was like i walked it off somewhat and the pain was not unbearable but was wierd. maybe it was just from sitting at my desk, it did happen a few times though. My bleeding seems like a mild period. I usually have at least 2 days that are heavy. I remember reading on here someone's doctor wanted them to do a dnc and they didnt and then they ended up with a normal pregnancy later. I now my chances are slim but the fact that i have not lost any tissue or had cramping seems to give me maybe false hope and makes me not want to do the dnc anyone have any ideas?

I'm sorry you're going through this.  You know what?  It can't hurt to call your doctor and demand that they do another sonogram just to give you peace of mind.  There's always a chance that everything is ok.  I'd call the doctor first thing in the morning and get another sonogram. Good luck.  I'll remember you in my prayers.  Let us know what happens.

Thanks for asking about Cameron.  He's doing a little better...he's still got diarreah really bad but he's FINALLY drinking again and he even ate some crackers today.  he's lost so much weight =((( Did Tristan lose weight with it too? I have to take him in for a recheck this week..did I tell you that he perforated his ear drum too? poor baby! I hear it's going around..i'm in CO and Cameron's doc said it's really going around like crazy! ((((HUGS))))) and thanks for thinking of my baby! =) Kellie

Isn't your little guy around Cameron's age? I can't remember how many you have and if you know the sex of this baby?? is your little guy potty trained? Cameron isn't! both my big boys were potty trained early..but not this little bugger..i guess this week with the rota that probably would have been a nightmare w/out a diaper..but i can't WAIT till he IS potty trained, but every time i get the potty out he says "no thank you momma no potty"  UGH!

Capermom, I wiwsh I knew more about taking those temps, but I think with so few taken in this cycle that you cant really decifer them. How many more days do you have to wait till you can test?

Danasel, I didnt realize you were trying to recouperate a c-section without pain meds. (I think that is braver than going natural) I am glad you are now more comftorable, and very soon the pain will get much better... (not sure how that will go with me with this tear..lol)  I wish there was a way to post pics on here, so that we could share pictures of our new babies. I would love to see yours and Idlikes...

I am soooo glad to hear you say that!!! I started to ask you but since you have older kids I figured he probably was. Tristan is almost 3 1/2 and it is driving me crazy!!! He is my only one now, little Noah will be born March 24th. I feel as if I have tried everything!!!! People give me suggestions and they just don't work with him. We are having a house built so will be moving soon and then with the new baby I am considering waiting. He is in pullups and has been since he turned 3 but they are really just diapers for him. There for awhile he did good. He will go pee in the potty when I make him go in there and he has pooped in there a couple of times. A few times when I knew we would be at home for the day I will put in big boy underwear and tell him to tell me if he needs to go and will take him every 20 minutes and he will sit on the potty and tell me his pee pee won't come out. Then as soon as my back is turned he pees all over himself!!! I get so frustrated and mad that I have to just call a stop and put him back in a pull up. However, at night when he is in bed lo and behold he tells me every 5 minutes hurry mama my pee pee is about to come out!!! So he knows when he needs to go if it will get him out of bed!!! I feel like a total failure as a mother!!! He will tell me he is going in his room to poop and I remind him that he gets to go to chuck E cheese if he poops in the potty but he says no he doesn't want to. I know I can't force him but with his vocabulary the kid needs to be potty trained. I know when he is 10 he will be and I will laugh but right now it is driving me insane!!! It seems like all of his friends are potty trained. Whew!! Did you hit a hot button with me or what?? I will get off my soap box now. How old are your older kids and what sex are they? I thought with older siblings they tended to be potty trained earlier so they could be big like them. Let me know what you have tried. Ginger
PS Yes Tristan lost weight that is probably normal with barfing and pooping everything out. If he wasn't underweight to begin with I wouldn't worry too much about it. Bless his heart, sounds like he has really been through the wringer.

How far along are you?  Have you had an u/s done to chk for a heartbeat?  hcg levels going down I know is NOT a good sign, but just to make sure I'd do a vaginal u/s just to search for heartbeat.  Also, is there a chance you're not as far along as you thought?  I also saw that same thread about a doc wanting to do a d&c and the mother not wanting to and the pregnancy turned out okay....so to be SAFE, I'd do an u/s.

I'm sorry your'e going thru this, I know it's hard, but you'll have plenty of support here if things don't work out.

Hey girl, dont want to be a pessimistic for you - Im truly sorry that any woman have to go through this at all!!

These symptoms were what brought me to this Forum in the first place. I was pregnant in August last year - I got BFP 18th and started bleeding by 23rd, went to Dr. 28th. My first HCG was 300+, the next was 298 (once your HCG levels fluctuate - BIG Problem!) From the looks of things yours are rising BUT not doubling.

My dearest, you can still have a miscarriage and still have rising HCGs, they just wont rise according to the "norm" - doubling every 2-3 days. I thought I was ok when mine started to rise again but upon doing a Vag U/S they found that the fetus died a few weeks before - at that time my levels were 700+. But to be honest the choice is yours to wait and see before a D&C because I waited until October - then it was quite evident to me that the pregnancy was not viable.

Im really sorry that you have to go through this, but if you stick around this Forum,it will help. It was very good for me and Im sure that others will attest to this. Just keep us posted as to your well being.
