Was this a hell week for everyone, or just me??? Friday couldn't get here fast enough!!!! Hope everyone has a great weekend. I'm going to see The Incredibles this weekend. I hope it's as funny as Monster's Inc. and Finding Nemo. Pixar pictures usually has a lot of adult humor in their movies.

Well guys I am officially in the beginning stages of labor.

Last night I went to the hospital with contractions 5-7 min's apart but no dilation.

I am supposed to call back if they get stronger (they are pretty darn umcomfortable, but not terribly painful yet). If they get consistently less than 7 min's apart for at least 1 hour OR I start to dilate, my OB is taking him immediately.

Movie therapy is definitely called for! And until this baby is born, my child is 33(dh) and loves those movies :o)

Has anyone else noticed that everytime someone goes into labor lately Christie is off somewhere.......
I think from now on each time someone gets close and can't stand it any longer they just need to send Christie some place for a few days.....LOL

So far it's a big fat no go ladies.

I was contracting hard this morning, but Dr wanted them to be 7 min's apart.

Then they went to 10 min's apart.

My whole body feels weird, hard to explain, like my body is drunk and tired all at once. My lower back is REALLY hurting and in between contractions I have what feels like period cramps.

*sigh* I wish that the DR would have let them give me some thing to at least STOP the contractions if he isn't going to just go ahead and take him now.

I have been nauseated all day and haven't been hungry at all (so unlike me this WHOLE pregnancy) and I know that those are just two more symptoms of early labor....we shall see how this weekend progresses.....

I was going to post earlier to see if you tried the onion thing :) LOL. Is your ear any better or did the contractions make you forget about it? When I was is labor both times I had nausea, so again good luck to you.

I'm with you on the nausea and not being hungry.  I was wondering if they were signs of early labour.  I am due on Monday.  I think we are all ready to  not be pregnant any more!!  I also know what you mean about feeling different.  I am exhausted but can't sleep and feel off balance and overall yucky.  Good Luck to you - I hope you don't have to wait that much longer.
