1 cm at 41 weeks

im 41 weeks and 1 day now.and im dilated last monday at 1cm..how long will it take to go to labor?if im not give birth on this week im scheduled to induce on monday...

It can be a while especially if this is the first one. Walk, walk, and do some more walking. It helps to start the process faster. My cuz was almost 2wks overdue with her first daughter and we walked around our neighborhood for two days and that did the trick. If your body is stubborn it might be a different story but it is definitely worth a try cuz the induction meds can make it a little more painful for some.

no way to know for sure! Is this your first or second? Yes walk walk walk and sex! Seman has postiglandins induce labor and oxytocin with orgasm helps as well. But why would they induce????? I know you are wanting baby out but your body and baby will come when ready. I would not ahve the dr strip your membranes either, you can have him strech you if you ar assure he will not strip you. Stripping can cause problems and if your water breaks only 30% chance of going into labor so that raises your chances of ahving a c-section or ettting an infection
