11 weeks after sex

Is has been 12 weeks past having sex and I have had periods every month but my cycle has gone from 32 to 40.
I had a blood preg test done at 4 1/2 weeks after sex and it was neg.
I had a doctors office urine test at 8 weeks after sex and neg.
Well I still had all the symptoms of preg. So I took a home preg test and saw a faint line. SO I went to the er scared and they did a urine test and it was neg. SO am I or am I not. I am confused.
This was isolated sex. I have not had sex with anyone since.

You seem inordinately concerned about pregnancy. You state your cycles have lengthened, not stopped. How old are you? Sometimes our cycles get messed up, particularly if you are under a lot of stress.
If you want to settle the issue once and for all, get another blood test now. It will tell you definitively yes or no. Then be sure you don't have unprotected sex.
