11week fetus has no heartbeat no movement

after 11week of pregnancy fetus  heartbeat is not seen by ultrasound and no movement is seen . dr adviced for abortion but could i wait for delivery due date ? till yet i dont have any bleeding or pain?

If there was no fetal movement or heart beat detected it is highly unadviseable that you wait until your due date.  You can request a repeat scan or get a second opinion but unfortunately it really sounds like you have experienced a missed miscarriage in which your body, for whatever reason, is not expelling the products of conception even though the fetus has not survived.  It is very important for you to have something done in the next couple of weeks.  If you do not have your uterus cleaned out soon you can develop a serious infection that can adversly affect your fertility in the future.  I know that a miscarriage is a hard thing to accept ( I have had 2).  It is estimated that most women will have atleast 1 miscarriage during their reproductive lifetime.  Please keep in mind that the majority of the time it is nothing the woman has done to cuase it.  The majority of miscarraiges are the result of chromosomal abnormalities.
