15 days, late neg hpt, light spotting could i still be?

Hi I am 24 years old and have been ttc for 3.5 years I've had two miscarriages and I've also diagnosed with ptsd I don't have much other information except that the rest of my family (sisters and mom and grandmothers) had absolutly no trouble getting pregnant. my gyno can't help us conceive until my husband goes on shore duty because hes in the navy and always out to sea, anyway

any way i usually have a 30 day cycle and my last period started on my birthday mar 2 great day for a period to start right so i should have started the beginning of this month only i never saw any blood till yesterday when i started spotting light pink today it was a like pinky brown idk i called it purply and a little heavier except now its back to traces i was feeling bloated constipated had headaches and back pain nausea and was running to the bathroom all the time but since i was spotting i only have the nausea and the lower back pain but i think the pain is from my bed i always get it when my husband is in port and the headaches but i get them a lot too

anyway i'm going to the walk in clinic to try to get a blood test tomorrow but i think they only do urine and i'm just wondering if there is a point in going is it all just in my head is my period going to start any day now do you think or could i be pregnant i dont know how much more disappointments my husband and i can handle if my pregnant this is the furthest along we've got the first was 4 days after missed period the emergency room said i had chlamydia but my gyno found no traces of it (i saw him the same day the hospitable called to say i had it) the second was 6 days after missed pd we got the postive test that morning and lost the baby by that nigt

so yeah any ideas?

ive taken 3 hpts and theyve all been neg btw

also no cramps except dull ones that i barely noticed a few days ago and except for my nipples still being slightly sore all my symptoms went away
