You cannot take any kind of decongestants for some reason, even if it's a Tylenol product. I was also told no Robitussin with decongestant or anything else. I've been sick almost non-stop with my current pregnancy, and have only been able to take Tylenol pills and cough medicine without the decon. Finally my ob/gyn prescribed me some cough medicine and antibiotics. If you can't reach your doctor, ask your pharmacist what's ok. They are very knowledgeable.
