1st Pregnancy after miscarriage symptoms seem to be fluctuating a bit

I'm sure I am worrying for no reason... Today I am 4 weeks and 4 days pregnant with my first pregnancy since my miscarriage last October. I started supplementing progesterone cream shortly after I ovulated. The cream I was taking had natural progesterone but also a few pharmaceutical ingredients to help it absorb. It has 17 mg of progesterone per dose. It seemed to be working alright until yesterday I decided to change brands to something totally natural and without the absorbing components. I purchased Emerita Pro-gest which has 20mg of progesterone for 1/4 tsp or 40mg for 1/2 tsp. So I started taking it yesterday 1/2 tsp (40mg) at a time twice a day. Today my symptoms seem a bit different. Today I was queasy for the first time and my boobs aren't quite as sore. My nipples still hurt a bit, but I keep pinching them to make sure I can feel any kind of pain. So, my nipples hurt but they don't seem to be as tender as they were a couple of days ago. Is it normal to experience a fluctuation in your breast tenderness? Does anyone know about switching brands of natural progesterone cream? I appreciate any feedback.

First of all, I wouldn't be taking or changing any medication without the consult of your OB.  Also, I don't think the changing of the creams affected your symptoms.  Our minds just play silly tricks on us with our symptoms when we first become pregnant. Congratulations on your pregnancy!

Thank you so much for your input. I have noticed the soreness increase again and decrease again just since yesterday. I think all must be well. Thanks again.
